Attorney Okoye's legal career started across the continent in Nigeria. She comes from a family of renowned legal illuminaries. Ogor obtained an LLB in Law from the University of Nigeria where she graduated at the top of her class. Attorney Okoye proceeded to obtain a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Suffolk University Law School in 2003 where she in her dynamite tradition maintained a position on the Dean's list throughout the course of her studies (2001-2003). She managed to accomplish this despite having her three little children while attending law school full time. At Suffolk Law School, she was the recipient in 2002 of the prestigious Jurisprudence Award for excellent academic achievement in the study of Tort Law.
Attorney Okoye's personal philosophy hinges on her fundamental belief that the Attorney/Client relationship is no different than any other relationship which demands a foundation of mutual respect and trust between the attorney and the client.
