Attorney Ogor Winnie Okoye is the founder of BOS Legal, LLC, a steadfast advocate for justice and a beacon of support for clients navigating life’s legal complexities. Born in Nigeria and now a first-generation immigrant, Attorney Okoye brings a deep understanding of the immigrant experience to her practice. Her journey is defined by a passionate commitment to ensuring fair and positive outcomes for her clients.

From an early age, Attorney Okoye was drawn to the pursuit of justice. She witnessed firsthand the transformative power of the American justice system, but also recognized its potential pitfalls when justice is not served. Attorney Okoye’s legal journey began in Nigeria, inspired by a family legacy steeped in law. She pursued her law degree at the University of Nigeria, graduating top of her class, before embarking on further studies. Despite balancing the responsibilities of raising three young children, she pursued her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2003, driven by her passion for the law and commitment to her education. At Suffolk, she earned the distinguished Jurisprudence Award for outstanding academic performance in Tort Law.
